Handwashing saves lives
Please can all visitors to our sites help reduce the spread of germs by washing their hands before entering our buildings, in particular when visiting our wards and other clinical areas.
Handwashing facilities are provided at the entrance to all of our clinical areas.
Failing to do so could put everyone at risk of infection and harm.
Thank you for your help to stop the spread of germs.
By car
Avondale Health Centre is set between Oxford Grove Primary School and Chorley Old Road, on Hatfield Road, off Shepherd Cross Street. Pass Halliwell UCAN Centre and continue right to the end.
By bus

Car parking is available for visitors to Avondale Health Centre and we also have disabled parking spaces.
