Little Lever Health Centre
There are three GP surgeries based at Little Lever Health Centre as well as our community services.
By car
Please double check directions to the health centre if you are using a sat nav as sometimes they can incorrectly send to another location.
By bus
For up to date bus information, please use the Traveline service.
There is limited disabled parking available at the health centre but more car parking is available at the community centre next to it.
Handwashing saves lives
Please can all visitors to our sites help reduce the spread of germs by washing their hands before entering our buildings, in particular when visiting our wards and other clinical areas.
Handwashing facilities are provided at the entrance to all of our clinical areas.
Failing to do so could put everyone at risk of infection and harm.
Thank you for your help to stop the spread of germs.
