Bolton business IC Insurance Solutions has generously donated £1,000 through Our Bolton NHS Charity’s ‘The Small Things Appeal’.

The vital funds will help the charity fulfil its ambition to improve the care environment and experience our patients receive.

The local company has also pledged to become a long-term supporter of the charity.

They felt compelled to help after witnessing the hard-work and dedication of NHS staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Faiz Karim, Head of New Business at IC Insurance Solutions, was at Royal Bolton Hospital to receive a Certificate of Appreciation:

We all felt touched by the courage of NHS staff and this was our small way of being able to show our gratitude.

As a company we’re proud to be from Bolton and have a lot of links to the healthcare industry through our work.

We want to make a difference in any way we can with fundraising events throughout the year to see where we can offer our ongoing support.

The Small Things appeal is still open, with funds raised going into Our Bolton NHS Charity’s general purposes fund, giving the Corporate Trustee the flexibility to use charitable funds in areas that need it most.
