Health and wellbeing is high on the agenda this week for staff at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
Staff in Bolton’s Family Care Division are taking part in a wellbeing week which is focusing on their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
The wellbeing week, which is running from Monday 27 February to 3 March, has five themes: health, inclusivity, nutrition, fitness, and mental health and wellbeing.

“Our wellbeing week is highlighting how we all need to take care of our own health and wellbeing and should give practical advice to improve physical health as well as providing opportunities for people to discuss their mental health.
Bolton’s Family Care Division provides a wide and diverse range of services for adults and children throughout Bolton and beyond.
It includes maternity, neonates sexual health and gynaecology teams, as well as hospital and community based children’s clinical services, 0-19 Public Health Nursing, Paediatric and Women’s health Allied Health Professional services and Paediatric Learning Disability.
