During this time, appointments to speak to a member of the PALS team can be made by email or telephone:

If you need to speak to someone urgently, then please refer to the digital screens detailing how to contact a senior manager or visit the main reception desk.

Opening hours to receive phone calls and emails only will be provided:

• Monday to Thursday, 10.00am until 3.00pm
