Bolton NHS Foundation Trust has been named as a finalist at the Public Finance Awards 2024.
The Trust’s finance team are shortlisted in the ‘Finance Team of the Year – Frontline Services’ category for their work to deliver high quality services for the NHS in Bolton.
In the past twelve months, the team have achieved a number of successes, including:
The Finance team have also driven the production of business cases for national capital funding for two major developments, which is helping to provide better care to more patients in Bolton and beyond.
These business cases have resulted in four brand-new state of the art theatres and a Community Diagnostic Centre, which both opened earlier this year to support thousands of people to access vital care and support every year.
