Our Bolton NHS Charity is inviting small independent businesses in and around Bolton to take part in a special winter market at Royal Bolton Hospital to kick-start Christmas.
Sixteen stalls are up for grabs for local business owners to join the festive celebrations and showcase their stock.
The charity are looking for a wide-variety of stall holders to set up shop on Monday 2 December 2024, 10am – 3pm, from sweet treats, crafts, and gift stalls that would be the perfect fit for Christmas gifts.
Local businesses must register their interest to host a stall by completing an online Expression of Interest form by Wednesday 13 November 2024.
The winter market will take place two days after the annual Small Business Saturday UK-wide initiative on Saturday 30 November, which highlights small business success and encourages consumers to ‘shop local’ and support small businesses in their communities.
Sharon White, Charity Director of Our Bolton NHS Charity, said:
Christmas is of course a time for giving, and this festive event provides a perfect opportunity to bring people together, support our local businesses and to raise money for the charity.
“After another challenging year for our staff we hope to be able spread some festive cheer as we kick-start the countdown to Christmas.
The Our Bolton NHS Charity markets will take place ahead of Royal Bolton Hospital’s annual Christmas light switch-on, which will start at 5pm outside the Main Entrance.
Businesses wishing to take part must have a Public Liability Insurance Certificate and, if appropriate, a Food Hygiene Certificate and Score.
A £25 non-refundable payment will be required from the businesses who take part to cover the cost of the stall.
