Dr Seshadri completed his internship at the Mysore Medical College in 1997 -1998. He then went on to do a three year MD course in Paediatrics at the Safdarjang Hospital in New Delhi between 1999 and 2002. Having completed this, he then came to the UK in 2003 and has been working here continuously since then. Dr Seshadri completed his Senior House Officer Training in Boston (Lincolnshire), Mayday Hospital (Croydon), and Leicester Royal Infirmary PICU (Leicester). He did a registrar job on the Neonatal Unit at the Leicester Royal Infirmary and then came to do his Paediatric Registrar Training in the North West in 2006. He has worked in the North West since then. Dr Seshadri’s neonatal jobs have included working in St. Mary’s Hospital NICU and the Salford Royal Hospital NICU. He has also worked in Paediatric Metabolic Medicine and Paediatric Cardiology.
He started working at Bolton as a Neonatal Consultant in September 2011.
Dr Seshadri has a special interest in Neonatal Cardiology and is also the Department Lead for Audit. He is also interested in postgraduate training and participates in teaching nurses at the University of Manchester.
