Special interests and research

Special interests: Musculoskeletal ultrasound and early and resistant to treat Inflammatory arthritis and connective tissue disease.

Dr Wig also look after patients with psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis,fibromyalgia, gout, osteoporosis , polymyalgia rheumatica, GCA and other vasculitides.

Research: project entitled ‘ A longitudinal study of Ankle Brachial Pressure Indices in a cohort of patients with Systemic Sclerosis’, led to the award of Masters degree.
