360° Substance Misuse Service
Our 360° Substance Misuse Service provides specialist advice and support to children and young people (under 19 years old) with problematic substance and/or alcohol misuse.
Whether you’re looking for advice for yourself, or for someone else, we work with you to make sure you get the right support.
How can we help?
When it comes to recovery, we know that everyone’s goals are different, whether that’s making small changes, stopping completely, or finding new ways to stay safe and healthy. Whatever it is that you want to achieve, we’ll support you to get there – and we’ll be with you every step of the way.
We offer one-to-one support for young people aged 11-25 living in Bolton who are facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.
Our staff will meet with you regularly to help you work through some of the things you are struggling with.
You can bring a parent or another person you trust, if you feel nervous about coming to see us.
Refer yourself or someone else into our service to get support with drugs and alcohol

Who is our service for?
We can offer you support if you’re:
- aged under 18
- aged 18-25 and are not using opiates or dependent on alcohol or pregnant (if any of these apply, please go to adult services)
- worried about your drinking or drug use or someone else’s
